1. OUR COMMITMENT

Every piece from Riham Khairallah is handmade in small batches using genuine natural leather. Because each item is crafted by hand, there may be natural variations in texture, grain, and tone — these are marks of authenticity, not defects.

We stand fully behind the quality of every piece we ship. If something is wrong, we will make it right.


2. ELIGIBLE REASONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect (e.g. structural failure, faulty stitching, defective hardware such as zippers or clasps)
  • The item received does not match the product you ordered (wrong color, wrong style)
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • The item does not conform to the specifications described on our website

Important: Natural leather variations in grain, texture, and tone are inherent to handmade genuine leather goods. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for return.


3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must apply:

  • The return or exchange request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
  • The request has been submitted and approved through our official process (see Section 5)

✕  Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions, including water, heat, or chemicals.

✕  Modifications or alterations made by anyone other than our authorized service team.

✕  Damage to leather or materials without external cause or impact.


5. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

Please follow these steps to initiate a claim:

  • Step 1 — Email us at rihamkhairallah.eg@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Step 2 — Include your full name, order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect or damage.
  • Step 3 — Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days with a decision and next steps.
  • Step 4 — If approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Do not ship any item back without prior written approval.

Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.


6. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a defective or non-conforming item for the same product in a different color or size (subject to availability), please indicate this in your initial email.

We will confirm availability and, if your exchange is approved, ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.

If the desired replacement is not in stock, we will offer either a full refund or store credit, at your choice.


7. REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed via Instapay or Wallet Transfer within 14 business days. Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or wallet provider.

If your refund has not been received after 14 business days from approval, please contact us at rihamkhairallah.eg@gmail.com.


8. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

For all approved returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or transit damage, Riham Khairallah will cover the cost of return shipping.

For warranty service requests, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


9. ORDER INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY

We strongly recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If the packaging appears damaged or tampered with, please note this with the delivery courier before accepting the package.

Any damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing rihamkhairallah.eg@gmail.com with photos. Claims reported after this window may be subject to additional review.


10. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or exposure to water, heat, chemicals, or perfumes
  • Items that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than our authorized team
  • Items purchased during sale events or with promotional discounts, unless defective
  • Custom or personalized orders made to specification
  • Color variation between the product and website imagery



    Please note: Damage resulting from improper care — such as exposure to water, sunlight, perfumes, or alcohol — is not covered. Please refer to our Maintenance & Care Guide at r-kh.com/pages/maintenance-repair-1 before use.


    On Color Variation: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the basis that the product color differs from what was displayed on our website. Product photography is subject to variables including lighting conditions, background, surrounding elements, and screen calibration — all of which may affect how a color appears.

    Furthermore, as all our pieces are made from genuine, untreated natural leather, the exact shade of any given hide is determined by the animal’s natural pigmentation and cannot be standardized. Color tone may therefore vary between production batches and may differ from website imagery. These are not defects — they are the natural character of real leather.
